I firmly believe in centering clients’ experiences and the power of empathy, open-mindedness, and collaboration as integral to therapy. I aim to create an encouraging therapeutic space where clients can explore their unique path to personal awareness, growth, and healing as determined by them.

• My experience as a racialized, neurodivergent, and queer individual who has navigated the mental health care system for years informs my practice and deep commitment to fostering mental and emotional well-being with an intersectional and anti-oppressive lens.
• My innate curiosity and work as a multidisciplinary community engagement facilitator (food & gardening, environmental, experiential) contributes to my creative nature. 
• My therapeutic approach is relational, inquisitive and integrative, drawing from various modalities to offer a personalized experience.
