Founder and Clinic Owner, Clinical Supervisor. MA, RP (#007813).

I am an Art Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist who specializes in individual psychotherapy, and previously within hospice, palliative care, and end-of-life contexts.

  • I am a queer, settler, neurodivergent, cis woman of colour whose ethnic heritage is from Hong Kong. I continue to navigate intergenerational trauma and recovery in my own life. These identities equip me to facilitate therapy with an intersectional lens, and one that is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and disability justice.

  • I work from a strengths-based, trauma-informed, anti-oppression framework that integrates culturally-aware care into my work with clients.

  • I prioritize intersectionality and non-pathologizing frameworks in all my learning and work.
  • I specialize in working alongside racialized queer, non-binary, and trans folks– predominantly with Asian and Asian Pacific-Islander clients in the LGBTQ+ community. Disability justice deeply informs my work. My therapy style is conversational, collaborative, and warm.

Areas of Specialty

  • 2SLGBTQ+ identities and journeys
  • Trauma (past, present, or ongoing) and trauma recovery
  • Grief, loss, bereavement
  • Living with mental illness and/or suicidality
  • Supporting adult survivors of parental/familial abuse, intergenerational trauma
  • Healing from racial trauma
  • Navigating interpersonal, familial relationships and conflict
  • Navigating interracial/multi-ethnic relationships

I am body-positive, polyam, kink, and sex-work friendly. My work is always informed by intersectionality and disability justice.

I engage in ongoing learning in these areas and welcome recommendations for resources!

I am a graduate of Concordia University’s Masters of Art Therapy program and a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am certified as an independent practitioner to provide psychotherapy and clinical supervision.

As a professional member of Canada’s Art Therapy Association (CATA), I am guided by a Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice. I have also received palliative care training from Hospice Palliative Care Ontario (HCPO).
